The adoption of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets has dramatically increased over the past 3 years. One of the big attractions of mobile devices is the ability to be able to get online and connect to all your information on the go. However there is a problem, traditional websites are not designed to be viewed on devices with small screens and therefore it is often hard to navigate through them and find the information your after.
Mobile websites are specifically designed for devices with small screens and will automatically adapt to fit the device that the site is being viewed on. This means that visitors to your site can enjoy a wonderful experience when browsing your website and they will be able to find what they are looking for quickly.
We approach mobile websites in a different way than standard websites. Mobile devices have limited screen space and therefore every display pixel really counts. This means that the design needs to make good use of all of the screen so that content is easily readable.
Our mobile websites also have device detection built in which attempts to figure out which device the website is being displayed on and then adjusts the design ‘on-the-fly’ to better suit that screen size.
Mobile websites can either be designed along side a regular website or individually depending on the clients requirements.
